CTH - Day #13 - 30 minutes - Details

After a glass of water and a cup of tea this morning I did my stretches. I thought I would make a phone call before getting on the cross trainer and before I knew what had happened it was nearly noon. I was then able to get my cross trainer workout in before lunch and a leg workout and some ab work done after lunch. 

It is hard to believe this is only day #13 of cross trainer hell. It seems like I have been serving this sentence forever. Well, one day at a time and I might make it to day #30.
