Day #23 - 1 mile - 12-14-2012 by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
Since last evening I felt a little tension in my left knee, I forced myself to hold it to one mile today and go at the speed of......well, speed had nothing to do with it. Since the temps today had plunged to the low 60's I had to break out the winter gear and wore tights and a long sleeve shirt. I did this because I knew I would not be out there long enough to warm up. I'm glad to say I survived the weather.:)
Tomorrow will be another 1 mile day before the Mount Dora half marathon on Sunday morning. The forecast for Mount Dora on Sunday morning is partly cloudy and 60 degrees. Perfect running weather.
