Monday - 5-13-2013 - 3 miles out and back by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
After missing more workouts due to moving I was only able to run a paltry 6.3 miles last week. Life has been so hectic I haven't even been able to keep track of my mileage but I know I am way short of my goal for the year.
I believe we are making progress toward getting settled in Jacksonville. Yesterday I got to the Jacksonville Running Company's Sunday morning group run which starts at their store less than a mile from our house. It was a nice group and I ran 2 of the 3 mile loops ending with just short of 6 miles. While it felt good to get the miles in, I also realized how much fitness I have lost in the last 3 months or so. I know the answer to that is regular exercise so hopefully I am at the point that I can make it happen.
Tonight I was thinking I would go out for 2 miles but it felt good so I lengthened it to 3. I was glad to get the miles in and hope that I am on my way to a good solid week.
