JRC - Group Run - Sunday 8-11-2013 - 8 miles - Details
On Sunday I ventured out with the Jacksonville Running Company's running group for my 1st run after the trail half marathon in Indiana the week before. As usual a nice group showed up including a few new faces.
The group did the 3 mile loop for starters. After finishing the 3 miles and a short break a few of us went back out for another 5. A good run. Glad to be back at it.
