Tempo Tuesday by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
Well, today's training plan called for a 4 mile tempo run. The instructions were a 1 mile warm up at 10:25 pace then 2 miles at 8:50 followed by the last mile at 10:25 as a cool down. I was very pleased to be a few seconds below 8:50 for mile #2 and not to many seconds above for mile #3. All in all a very good run that was much needed after a day in the trenches.
