La La La Long Run Sunday 12-4-2011 by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
Well, I am calling this a long run because I normally do my long run on Sunday. Actually, my training plan called for a 4 mile easy run but I extended it by 2 miles so I can reduce each of my mid week runs by 1 mile. This was a good run that made up for the disappointing effort the day before. I did have a light breakfast before the run and my normal FRS energy chew. Mid run fuel consisted of a 33 calorie Clif Shot Blok and some water. After the run Deb and I visited Five Guys for a Cheeseburger and NO fries.
