Well, I was just getting settled into my long weekend routine and here it is, Tuesday morning, time to go to work again. I for one think the contributions of MLK are significant enough to warrant a 4 or 5 day weekend.:)
So after 8 hours in the trenches it was time for me to get out and blow out the cobwebs. Tonight's run was a nice little 3 mile neighborhood jaunt in 69 degree weather. I have 2 runs left this week. Tomorrow evening is speedwork and then on Saturday another easy 3 miles.

Nice run Allan! I'm sure it felt like a piece of cake after your 10 miler on Sunday. Keep up the good work!!!
