Bike Ride 34 miles by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
After spending 30 minutes on the cross trainer yesterday, I was happy to get out today for a little bike ride. I met TR at 6 AM and we headed south to Shamrock park in Venice.The wind was out of the south with rain threatening but we made the entire trip with dry skies. By the time we got back to Sarasota the sun was high in the sky and I was ready for breakfast.
