OK, before anybody accuses me of being a slacker today, I intentionally took it easy this morning because I have an interview this afternoon. I was shooting for being energized but not so tired that I couldn't hold my head up during the interview. Thus, my 30 minute workout today burned 28 fewer calories than the 30 minute workout yesterday morning.
I have been stretching religiously which I hope is the answer to running without pain in my right calf at the end of 30 days on the cross trainer. Did I mention I am not fond of the cross trainer?
