CTH - Day #5 - 30 Minutes - Easy

Today I was back to the torture device in our lanai for CTH day #5.  Prior to this workout I did all 10 of the "Carl Sandburg" stretches that can be found on the Engine 2 Diet website. Rip enthusiastically states that these stretches were invented by his great grandfather, the famous poet, who did these stretches until he was almost 93. Interestingly, doing these for the 1st time, it only took 12 minutes.

I did take the cross trainer workout a little easy today since my legs are still recovering from yesterday's 3 hour bike ride.
