CTH - Day #6 - 30 Minutes - Easy

After the Carl Sandburg stretches this morning I took it easy on the cross trainer because my legs were still recovering from my Tuesday bike ride and I planned to do a leg workout after the cross trainer. I did a slightly abbreviated leg workout and then went about the business of the day.

Great work in getting in your 30 minutes of CTH! I am finally able to leave a comment now but I had to log into my Google account through FireFox to do so. Google Chrome won't allow me. Go figure...
