Wednesday - 11-7-2012 - 3 Miles by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
I didn't get out for a run until the afternoon today since we were in St. Petersburg this morning. Once we got home and got settled the temps were in the 60's so I went out for a quick 3 miles.
I ran my usual 3 mile loop but reversed the direction so it didn't seem like the same route I ran yesterday. Today's 3 miles puts me at 15 so far this week. I would like to get a 4 miler in between now and Saturday. I would like to have Saturday for a rest day prior to long run Sunday and Friday is to full to reasonably fit in 4 miles so I will have to try to squeeze it in tomorrow.
