Day #15 - Long Run (2 Hours) - 12-6-2012 by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
After a little virtual coaching from Shoeless Sonny of Carmel, IN, I went out for today's run with the goal of running for a total time of 2 hours and not worry about the mileage. I really didn't have a route planned and had to add a bit to the end to get to the 2 hour time goal.
At this point, 8 hours after finishing the run, I feel fine with no problems. I even walked about a mile and a half this afternoon to the auto shop to pick up my car. So, if no problems develop over the next few days, I should be good to run the half marathon distance in Mount Dora on the 16th of this month.
