Day #16 - 1 mile easy run - 12-7-2012 by addickens at Garmin Connect - Details
After yesterday's long run I opted for my 1 mile minimum for the day even though I would have liked to go farther. Really no major problems from 2 hours on the road yesterday. I feel the blister forming on the front of the 2nd toe on my right foot again. I guess I will have to keep using the 2nd skin to keep that from turning into a problem. Also, there seems to be just enough tension in the front of my left shin to remind me that I need to get enough rest between long runs.
