Fair Weather Runner - YMCA Treadmill - 3 miles - 7-2-2013 - Details
Well, I can't believe it has come to this but last evening I let a little light rain in the neighborhood drive me to the treadmill overlooking the lake at the YMCA. This from a runner that always said a little liquid sunshine just helped cool me down during a run. Still, I got my 3 miles in and am looking forward to a run on a new route on the holiday.
