JRC Group Run - 8 miles - Sunday - 9-1-2013 - Details
After a real short week last week that totaled all of 10 miles I now have the Marine Corps Half Marathon coming up in a few weeks. I know I need to increase my mileage over the next two weeks or so but am still dealing with some lingering knee soreness from the 13 miler a few weeks ago.
I am going to try to increase the mileage of my long run the next two weeks but decrease the speed and intensity. With the end of summer finally in sight I don't want to get sidelined at the beginning of the racing season.
