Sawyer Loop Rd. Training Run by addickens at Garmin Connect - GPS Details
Today's training run was the McIntosh Rd. to Sawyer Loop Rd. route that I last covered on May 29th. I had to push myself a bit to keep going with less than a mile to go and was very pleased with the result. Today's run was almost a minute quicker (I hesitate to use the word faster) than the run on May 29th and may also be my longest run since then.
At this point I am looking to a 10K trail run the 1st weekend in November that I expect might take 70 minutes +/- to complete. I plan to run this distance for my weekly long run for the remainder of September and then extend the time to 70 minutes +/- for October.
