My real wake up call came at 6 AM from my alarm which was only set to sound on the weekend because I have many things I would like to get accomplished today. Now that today's run and week 15 of my training plan is in the books I shall move on to other items. Really not much to say about this run, nice cool weather in the low 60's and a familiar route. The totals for week #15 are 21.25 miles running in about 3 hours and 20 minutes with a calorie burn of 2,260.
