Cross Trainer Hell - Day #1 - 40 minutes

Here we go. I have sentenced myself to 30 days of cross trainer hell. Since I am training for some fall events, each running mile will be replaced by 10 minutes of CTH. Since I had planned on a 4 miler for today, you guessed it, 40 minutes on the dastardly cross trainer.

I plan on at least 30 minutes of cardio a day which will be on the cross trainer for the next 29 days. The exception will be on cycling days which I expect to be Tuesdays. I also plan on applying ice followed by heat to the right calf twice per day during this time and stretching.

Well tomorrow is long run day, darn.
