Cross Trainer Hell - Day #2 - 60 Minutes

Today is day number two of my cross trainer sentence and since I had planned on running 6 miles, I ended up spending 60 mind numbing minutes standing in one place and moving my legs back and forth. It was swell.

I also did some research on RunnersWorld.com about calf strain rehab last evening and added a little more calf work to my Sunday leg workout this week.

My trip to the cross trainer tomorrow is only 30 minutes which should seem like a breeze after today. We'll see.
