Boy did it feel good to get back out there today. I focused mainly on form during this run and practiced the Chi Running way of increasing and decreasing speed, through adjusting the amount my body was leaning.

Of note, this is the first run ever, that I can remember, with a body weight below 160 pounds. This morning my weight was 159.4. Also, on the Garmin details page you may note that Garmin says I only burned 41 calories which is really odd since Garmin's calorie burn number is based on heart rate and my average heart rate reported by Garmin was 176 BPM, much higher than normal. I think it may be time to update the software on my watch.
