After a month of whining about being forced to get my exercise from either the cross trainer in our lanai or a bike ride, I am ready to hit the road running as they say. I just hope when I do it this time I don't have any nagging issues with any of the soft tissue in my body. Especially my right calf.
When I wrote earlier about having 12 training days between the end of CTH and the Phillippi Shores 7K I must have been delirious from using the darn cross trainer. The 7K event is next Saturday. If all goes well, I will probably just get in a couple/few short runs before the event.
