I had a reprieve from the cross trainer in the lanai this morning because I got outside for a bike ride. We did our usual jaunt down to the train depot in Venice and then retraced our course home.
Tomorrow is cross trainer hell day #30 and also long run day. What that means is I will try to spend 70 minutes on the cross trainer which will close out my self imposed 30 day sentence. I have been stretching regularly for the past month so hopefully when I return to running, likely on Monday, I won't have any additional lower calf pains.
