Cross Trainer Hell - Day #28 - 30 Minutes - Details

Since today was only a 30 minute workout I decided to kick it up a notch and try to keep my heart rate elevated. That's to say, not get to comfortable during the workout. On the details page you can see the result with an average heart rate of 124 and a max heart rate of 141.

Tomorrow is a cycling day so I will be out at 6AM with All the way TimothyRay.
