Cross Trainer Hell - Day #27 - 45 Minutes - Details

I decided to kick it up a notch this morning and spent 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (which I am not very fond of) in our lanai. This workout was preceded by the Carl Sandburg stretches with a little extra emphasis on the back of my legs since that is the reason I got sentenced to the elliptical machine in the first place.

Breakfast this morning was a BIG strawberry & banana smoothie with a generous amount of Lacinato kale. YUM
