I went out with the intention of getting in 4 miles today and as the title suggests, it just wasn't my day. I tried a couple little walk breaks shortly before I stopped running and when I didn't get my mojo back I walked it home.
I think this is the result of pushing a bit on Sunday and then having an active rest day on Monday with 30 minutes of fun on the cross trainer. I think my legs needed a passive rest day yesterday with no physical activity which is what they will get tomorrow since I have early and late appointments.
My next run will be Thursday when I will hope to get a good solid 6 miles in.
