Jax Beach - 3 miles - 11-16-2013 - Details
After doing a little to much on Wednesday morning this past week, I knew I needed to use the pacing plan that had been successful on the prior weekend when I headed out to the beach for a run yesterday morning.
My goal was to not go any quicker than the 12 minute per mile pace that had worked for me the prior weekend. I ran a mile and a half out and back and am happy to say that the time of 36:02 was almost exactly 12 minutes per mile.
I was even happier as the day continued and trips to the bathroom revealed no evidence that I had overdone it.
